My name is Chris. I am married to Rhiannon. The whole “ChrisandRhiannon.com” thing should make sense now. If it doesn’t, please do not continue any further. This website started back in early 2005 as a place to get information about our upcoming wedding. The wedding is over. Has been for a while. That site wasn’t really useful anymore. Now the site is a place where I write about Chris and Rhiannon (sensing a theme here?) Maybe you like us, maybe you don’t, maybe you have no idea who we are but want to follow along anyway. Anyway you look at it, we’re glad to have you here.
Rhiannon and I were married in the summer of 2005. At that point, we had been dating for 6 years, starting way back in high school. Apparently, we still have not reached the point that we’re too sick of each other to continue on. We’re together and can be seen on occasion taking evening walks together, and if I’m lucky, holding hands. I say lucky, because the alternative is being pushed in the street into oncoming traffic.
Maybe some days we love each other more than others. I think this is typical of married couples.
We live in a house in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado. After both growing up in a remote and rural area of the country, this has been a bit of an adjustment.
We don’t really fit in with our neighbors – we don’t have an SUV, dogs, or kids. We have a daughter, Brooklynn, and a crossover vehicle crowding our garage. We are fitting in more and more all the time. We do have an old fashioned push lawn mower that never needs gas but does help you work up a sweat mowing the lawn.
No topic is really off-limits to the site. (There might be off-limit topics, but I don’t talk about them, so it seems like I talk about everything.) Perhaps I poke fun at Rhiannon a little more often than I do at myself. If she doesn’t like it, she should learn how to write about it and get it published on the computer her own darn self.
