No, the bandages aren’t just for looks, although they are a very stylish pink camouflage with black cats on them this time around.  Brooklynn got her 4 month shots today and she handled it just like she has the last two times – with a very red face and loud crying, followed soon after by determined sucking on a bottle.

The clinic just received the H1N1 vaccine on Wednesday, and since Rhiannon and I happen to fall into the high risk group of “parents of a child under 6 months”, we got the shot.

Neither of us cried.

Neither of us got cool cammo bandages either.

I’m not sure who came out ahead in this exhange.
