Along with liking to kick around in the bath tub (Brooklynn can actually splash hard enough to throw water out of the tub), she also is really starting to like to kick her legs and swing her arms around when she lays on the floor.  There are times when she will cry in our arms until we put her down.

And if we play some certain music while she is happy on the floor?  Watch out for flailing appendages.

We’re not quite sure what it is about some songs that really gets her going over others.  We do have a sub hooked up to the stereo system in this room, so she could just be feeling the bass on some of the harder hitting up-tempo pop songs that are out right now.  I’m trying to steer toward more of the indie rock I enjoy, but that seems to be good for putting her to sleep.  I guess there is no accounting for taste with babies.
